ELITE ENERGY LLC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT TERMS:

ELITE ENERGY LLC ACCEPTS CASH, CHECKS (established customers only) and most

CREDIT CARDS. ELITE ENERGY LLC is a C.O.D business and therefore payment in CASH

OR CHECK is expected upon delivery. Customers who pay by credit or debit card will have a

pre-authorized charge placed on their card for the estimated amount of fuel to be delivered and

this will be finalized and adjusted after delivery is made.

Customers shall incur a $35.00 charge for each returned check. Postdated checks will not be

accepted. If paying by cash or check, payment must be left secured to the fill pipe at time of

delivery. If a customer wishes to hand driver cash or check personally, this needs to be ready at

time of delivery.

*PLEASE NOTE, FOR PAYMENTS MADE WITH CASH OR CHECK, WE DO NOT DO

REFUNDS. ANYTHING REMAINING THAT COULD NOT BE DELIVERED WILL BE

PLACED AS A CREDIT ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

TANKS/OIL LINES:

ELITE ENERGY LLC assumes NO responsibility or liability of any kind for the condition of the

existing tank and oil lines. The customer is the owner of the tank/oil lines and shall retain all

responsibility and liability for any and all environmental/property damages caused by any leaks

from the existing tank or oil line and agrees to indemnify and hold Elite Energy LLC harmless

from any and all damages and liability arising from or caused by such leak.

Elite Energy LLC WILL NOT deliver heating oil to any property without a properly

working vent alarm/whistle.

Access to fill pipe location and tanks must be clear from snow/ice/debris. If access to pipe or

tank location is deemed unsafe by the delivery driver, the driver WILL NOT deliver, and

delivery will be rescheduled with a $30 fee.
